How do I close a Session?
1. Go to Chexology application settings
2. Navigate to "Kiosk" tab
3. Tap "Close Kiosk"
4. Navigate to "Sessions" tab
5. Tap "Close Session"
*Note - if you have more than one kiosk you must close all kiosks before you can close the session
How do I download the application?
Head to app.chexology.com/download to download the application on your iPad!
How do I connect my Tag Reader?
1. Go to Chexology application
2. Go to "Settings"
3. "Tag Reader"
4. "Connect To Bluetooth Reader"
5. If you have multiple kiosks be sure you match the reader serial number you are trying to connect with the one that appears on the kiosk
