What is your role in the company, and what challenges are you solving?
I am Head of Product. My job is to figure out what we will build and when. I work with our customers, listen to their pain points, and try to find solutions that will make their lives easier.
What drew you to Chexology, Lindsey?
Chexology is solving some very concrete real-world problems. There are so many unique challenges here, and I knew I would always be conquering something new. I also enjoy small teams that have the ability to innovate quickly.
What advice do you have for prospective Chexology candidates?
Be authentic and committed. Everyone on our team is fully committed to the success of our clients. We are always looking for people to join our team to help us reach our goals.
What’s one of your favorite companies Chexology partners with and why?
Right now, I’d have to say Actabl. We are rolling out some exciting new features that solve a lot of problems in the Luggage check space. Actabl’s partnership has been vital to its success, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where this partnership will lead.
What’s a piece of advice that’s worth sharing?
On a professional note, as a leader, what you say matters. In leadership positions, it’s always important to be mindful of what you are about to say and how it will impact the people around you. Your words have the ability to motivate and lift up but also to ruin someone’s day if you aren’t careful.
Personally, life is too short to be miserable. Let go of the things that bring you down and seek out what brings you up.
