Checkroom signage

According to an ARUP study of 5,000 checkroom interactions, customers who did not prep before reaching the front counter were the largest contributors to slow lines. To combat this, our team has put together helpful signage to improve your wait time.

Front of line signs

Place both signs in a two-sided stanchion so you can flip them for pick-up and drop-off.

The stanchion signs should be in holders like this, which can rotate 180 degrees between peak drop-off and pick-up periods. Additionally, if the queue lines are along a wall, this would be another great place to have signage for your checkroom.
